These terms cover clinics and their staff using Cliniq One, provided by Cliniq Media, a sole proprietorship of Karanveer Monga, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603, India and built and run by Sahai Labs Private Limited. Your clinic's service agreement with Cliniq Media takes priority if anything here conflicts with it.
Using Cliniq One
- Access is by invitation. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us if someone leaves your clinic.
- Use it only for your clinic's own enquiries and clients, and only for information you are allowed to hold.
- Don't enter clinical notes or medical records. Cliniq One isn't designed for them.
Emma's drafts
Emma suggests replies. Suggestions can be wrong, so you are responsible for checking every draft before you send it, including prices, availability and anything clinical. Emma does not give medical advice and never sends messages for you. Advertising and marketing rules for aesthetic treatments still apply to everything you send.
Reports
Figures depend on the data Meta, your booking system and your team provide. Each report shows where its numbers come from and how fresh they are. Treat them as a guide, not a guarantee of results.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Cliniq One available and will tell you about planned changes that affect you. During the pilot, features may change as we learn what works.
Data
Your clinic is the controller of its client data, and Cliniq Media processes it under the data processing agreement in your service agreement. See the privacy policy.
